Can anyone recommend a 'partial' wedding planner? I am having a small (90-100) wedding on LI in April, but I live in New Orleans and am slowly losing my mind trying to plan this from afar! I have booked a lot of things already (Church, RH, Photographer, Band for Cocktail Hour), but really think I could use help with the rest, especially for the few weeks before. I KNOW I won't be able to enjoy my wedding AT ALL if I have to coordinate everything as the event approaches!
Any recommendations? What is the range of the cost of planners? (I have no idea what this may cost!)
Thanks!

Thanks windybride!
This site has been so helpful--I'd be lost without it. I've been lurking for months and finally registered!
Thanks again, and congratulations to you too!

Re: Wedding Planner
If you have booked alot you might want to consider a DOC. I spoke with some and they will basically get all your vendor and schedule info from you and start about 1-2 months out making sure everything is finalized and ready, and goes smooth on the big day. So, you do the planning, but they keep everything running on track for you during crunch time, so you can focus on the fun stuff! I think I may be doing this, and for the full pre-wedding and day of services, I got quotes from 12-1500. I'm going to keep looking though.

Re: Wedding Planner
I'm planning from OOT too! Before I moved out of NY I booked all of my vendors and then decided to hire a DOC to help me with the 'details'. I'm using Lisa from Elite Affairs. She is a vendor on here and so far she has been a pleasure to deal with (probably my favorite vendor). She has wonderful ideas, is very creative, reliable and honest. She's also very reasonably priced. In other words....she doesn't try to rip you off on your special day. I can't believe some of the rates for DOC's out there. They take total advantage.
