Wedding planner, sort of....

I remember going to a wedding show at Oheka and getting a card about a company that comes in and decorates your hotel room for your wedding night. They do anniversaries and stuff too, its really cute. Does anyone know who this is? Wanted to pass it onto a friend for Valentines.
Thanks!
