Can anyone help? I have so much to do before the wedding and I am going to go mad!!! I dont want to buy wedding planning planner/book, I want to make my own. What have some of you done to keep everything in order? Does anyone have a bunch of excel sheets I can use to get myself in order, have a checklist? I dont like the one from the knot.
In short, I am going crazy! Can anyone help? Thanks!

Re: Wedding Planning Supplies
Some bridal magazines also come with checklists and sheets to help you with planning. I made my own on Excel but they are not that good. I also use a big binder with dividers where I keep info about different vendors and pictures from magazines.

Re: Wedding Planning Supplies
i took a regular 3-ring binder and sorted it into my vendor categories - church, hall, limos, flowers, invites, etc. i also ripped out any good articles from wedding magazines and put that in there also. i loved it because everything was in one place - whenever i needed to check a contract, it was right there!

Re: Wedding Planning Supplies
Bliss Weddings website has a downloadable (is that even a word) wedding planner that I printed and stuck into a three ring binder.
The website is blissweddings.com

Re: Wedding Planning Supplies
The magazine Long Island Weddingpages has the best checklists. I would make copies of the pages and bring them with me when I saw vendors. i had more than one vendor compliment me on how organized I was. U don't need to but any of those planners in the stores. I think they are worthless. Get yourself an accordian folder and a little notebook. When u see something u like in a wedding mag, rip it out and put it in its slot in the folder. The notebook keep withu at all times. That way when u have a great idea about the wedding, u can jot it down right then. Good Luck!
