anyone have anything good to say? Went there and service was horrible. Was this just a freak thing? We went there tonight to rent a tux for FH for a christmas party Sat. I even called first and when we got there they left us standing there for 20min. without a word. When I realized that a women was helping two girls in the other room I went to get her attention and she told me the guy left at 7pm but is usually there until 8:30pm. He had an emergency. She couldn't help us because it wasnt her thing I guess. There were two other guys in a room just off were the tuxes were but never even acknowledged us. I looked at the BM dresses though while I was waiting and these horrible dirty looking dresses were marked $500+ Just curious if it was a fluke.

i went with a friend there and i feel the same way, they didn't help us and the place seemed grungy. but a girl i work with went there last year and had a wonderful experience!

Thanks Im glad it wasn't just me. I figured will we were there I would just look around and Im telling you for what they had displayed they had nerve asking the money they were asking. $515 for an as is BM dress,even for a new dress. I had planned on going to this place in RVC but my FMIL figured the wedding plaza was closer so to go there. Im glad we went to the RVC store it was great and now FH found the tux place for the wedding. So that's one more thing off my list.
