wedding program help when parents are not together

My FH parents are not together, but have a good relationship. I am starting my programs.
how do i word his parents.
ex: i have
Mr and Mrs so and so...parents of the bride
Ms. so and so mother of the groom
Mr and mrs so and so father and stepmother of the groom.


is that correct????

Mr. and Mrs. so and so - parents of the bride
Ms. so and so - mother of the groom
Mr. so and so escorting Mrs. so and so - father & stepmother of the groom
