We are inviting a little over 200 ppl with the hopes of about 160-170 coming. How many programs should I print for church? I am DIY.
I doubt that many (all 170) are coming to church...
Please help? TIA!

Re: wedding programs
Are you printing them now? I would wait until after your RSVP date.
I am expecting about 75% of my total invited guests to be there but I want to make sure before I print.

Re: wedding programs
we made 200 programs and had 203 guests - all came to the ceremony (it was at the RH). I ended up with about 50 extra programs

I would wait
You can design it now, and print when you have a final number

Re: wedding programs
We had our ceremony at a church. We had about 200 people at the reception. I printed out 100 programs and had about 15 left over. My mom invited a ton of people to the church. She's a chairperson so she made me make up hershey bar invitations to the church so that she can give them out to teachers and secretaries so we had a ton of people at the church that weren't even invited to the reception.
