Hello ladies!! Question??.. Who normally hands out programs & bubbles for the ceremony? I know I can place them on the chairs, but if it's windy on that day (o/s ceremony), they'll fly away. Unless I place the bubbles on top of the programs, I guess (lol). I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

Anyone you want really. If you have a DOC then they would do it. Or you can have your bridal party or family member pass them out. In one wedding I went to I saw the Limo driver pass them out.

i had my junior bridesmaid hand out the bubbles when people came through the receiving line
