Has anyone heard anything good or bad about sunset harbour in east patchogue...its so hard to choose a venue when you dont know anyone who has had a wedding or been a wedding at a particular place. I am getting married in September 2009 and its very frustrating finding a reception site that holds 250 people, has good food, service and isnt 160 per head!!!!
One of the women that I work with son got married there. She said it was great! If you don't mind a sun. afternoon wedding you should check out where I'm getting married...Villa Lombardi's. FM me if you want info.

Congrats on the engagement!! I have to tell you, I am in love with my reception site, Larkfield Manor!! They have great prices and it is beautiful. I have not heard 1 bad thing about them. Everyone has great things to say, you should definitely check them out. My list is up to 250 so they can definitely accomodate. FM if you want more info!! Good Luck
You know, if you are looking for something that can hold a lot of people- try the North Ritz Club. That place is awesome- great service, great food, pretty grounds and pretty reasonable per person. FM is you want details!
