For those getting married in a church, when are you having your rehearsal? The night before or a week before the wedding?

We're hoping to have ours the week before. The only problem is one of our bridesmaids comes for another state so we're not sure what we're going to end up doing. We really just want the night before to be realxing and just with family and close friends.

We are doing ours two nights before (Friday and the wedding is on Sunday). We couldn't have it the week before b/c we are all from out of town (including me and my FI) and we are not getting to NY until Wednesday (me) and Thursday (him). Nothing like the last minute
