I’m married!!!! YAY!! My wedding was beautiful and the day went perfect.
Chateau Briand:
They were amazing. I can't believe how smoothly everything went and how good they treated us. I felt like royalty. Our Maitre D’ Angelo was great. The food was amazing and my family and friends can stop talking about the food. I had chosed the Chateau Briand, Swordfish and Chicken breast stuffed with Spinach & Mozzarella. I had tried the chicken and the filet mignon, they were both amazing. According to my friends that had the fish they told me is was really good. Everybody cannot stop raving about the cocktail hour and the dinner. I had chocolate mouse for dessert and the wedding cake which was beautiful filled with Chocolate mouse and conoli cream. The bridal attendants were by my side since the moment I walked through the door and helped me with everything I needed. I have no complaints about anything.
DJ:
Energy Entertainment They kept everybody dancing from the beginning to the end. Mark the MC was great (my flower girls were in love with him and couldn’t stop staring at him) and everybody has been calling me to tell me how great the MC and DJ were. They played all the music that I wanted to be played. I knew they would do a great job since they had also done my friends wedding which I danced all night long. Great high energy!
Flowers:
Port Washington Florist They did a beautiful job on everything. The only thing that I picked was that I wanted the black magic roses and they filled in the rest. I had seen there work before so I trusted them. Everybody complemented the flowers and my bouquet was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, the majority all black magic roses. They were there in the morning on time (even before me), they decorated everything on time and even my cake which was really nice.
Officiant:
Father Robert Allman He is a very nice man but he was not there for my ceremony. Supposedly he had an emergency but he did send another priest Father Tony to do the ceremony. Father Tony did a beautiful job and gave a really nice sermon that had me tearing. Father Bob did exactly what was stated on contact if he had an emergency but he didn’t call to warn us, which is the only thing that I didn’t like.
Hair & Make-Up Maximus Spa & Salon Source Mall
Fran my hairstylist did an amazing job and made sure that my hair was perfect before I left to the CB. She also did my flower girls and 2 of my bridesmaids that they looked beautiful and she did exactly what we wanted. She also had assistant which was great and prepped everybody up on time. My hair was done completely by Fran. Antonetta did everyone’s make-up and we all look great. My make-up lasted through out everything. I even cried through the ceremony and I looked like I had just came from doing my make-up. They were great and I highly recommend them.

Evelyn...The chapel was nice but I would prefer having it outside because there is more room. My bridesmaids were complaining that they had no room to do anything where they were standing in the chapel.
We left the chapel and the Maitre D' took us right away to the cocktail our to look at everything first then to the reception. We took pictures during the first 30 min of the cocktail hour then we went to see everyone. Ten minutes before the end of the cocktail hour the bridal attendants took us to our bridal suite so we are able to eat a little something. Then we got ready for the receiving line.
I had the Promenade for the cocktail hour and Saturnia for the reception.

Thanks Kathy! You're so awesome for answering so many of my questions! I hope it won't be too cold or that it won't rain so we can get married outside, seven o'clock.....I'm worried that I'll be cold, I'm like a lizard, I like being warm!

Don't worry Evelyn. It goes so quick and beautiful that you don't even notice anything thats going around you. The only thing I remember from my ceremony was my hubby and I. I only saw the decorations in pictures...imagine that.

Can you tell us a little about your timeline at the reception? Did you do all of your dances in the beginning before eating? Did people dance between courses? Did you have the CB do the Champagne Toast? Thanks

Everything went perfect and on time. I did the toast parade by CB which was really nothing spectacular but it worked. Our first dance was as soon as we entered the reception room, then the toast, after main course we did the cutting of the cake, bouqet toss, garter toss, dances with our parents and our second song. There was enough time for everything.
The DJ kept everybody going through everthing. When the main course came then they out on the nice music and let everyone eat as they also did.

Evelyn...The have the servers march in with the champagne then they have some from your family taste it. When its approved they pop the cork and start serving everybody. Its an option not somthing you have to take. You can call CB and ask.
