Wedding Review - Belmont Race track
Hey girls..
Fiance and I went to a wedding last night at the Belmont Race Track!
It was AWESOME!! Guests were invited to be there at 4:30 for the last race of the day. The couple were taken out onto the track to have their pictures taken with the jockey. They dedicated the last race too them! So cool.
At 530 was happy hour ,so nice and elegant, great pasta stations. Great everything. It was outside right near the track. The reception was at 630 in an adjacent MASSIVE tent that had a/c in it. The decor was so cool with jockeys and the races on the televisions. Great setup! So unique and original. Food was good, chicken, salmon or prime rib. I had chicken, very yummy .
The DJ was Long Island Sound. They were one of the dj's we were interested in. Very good, had everyone one the floor the whole time, dancing and played a variety of everything!
If anyone is interested in a unique wedding location, check them out, I have no idea what the price per plate is...but it was awesome!
