wedding rings

wedding rings

What is everyone chosing? Plain gold, or diamonds? I always thought that I wanted a plain band so as to not take away from my e-ring, but when we were looking at rings last night my fh suggested that I try on some diamond bands, he absolutly loved how they looked and said the plain band looked too cheap. My e-ring is a solitare and the band for that is pretty thick, it is the same style as the zales solitare, if anyone is familar with that. Now I'm confused because I never thought about having a diamond wedding band at all. I know we have time, but it would be nice to get one more thing checked off the list ya know! Well sorry this is kinda long, I guess I just want to hear what all of you ladies are doing and think! TIA! And happy Football Day!

If I had a plain engagement ring I would definitely go with a band with diamonds....it won't take away from your engagement ring it'll just make it stand out more. Go for the diamond band!!!!

Re: wedding rings

mine is def. going to have some sort of stone...i was actually looking at one with sapphires and diamonds...my ering is a solitare, so a plain band looks a little too plain.

but FH has a plain titanium band--no bling

Re: wedding rings

My engagement ring is a three stone with diamonds on the band, I'm going to do an eternity band (diamonds all around) to match the side stones in my engagement ring. I thought about a plain band but I tried on an eternity and it looks REALLY nice with my ring. Since you have a solitare you could definitely get away with a diamond wedding band, hope this helps!!!!!

I think we are leaning more towards bands with diamonds ..... we want to sort of match somehow ......
