WEDDING RINGS

Does anyone mind sharing what the normal cost is for a wedding band? I originally liked something in zales for a decent price but I found one I loveee in Macys and its over a thousand :(
Is that unreasonable...does anyone have any experiences with jewlery from Macys?

I think it all depends on what the ring looks like, does it have diamonds, gold or platnium, etc etc...

I got mine in the diamond district in Manhattan and it was a little less than $1,000..

It's called a box band, its got a full 1 ct to it. It's really pretty but I know I could do something cheaper. I just saw it and now I want it. I hope Macy's is okay to go with, we are going back now to look at it again :( ugh decisions.

I think it depends on what you are looking for. Are you looking for a plain band or something with diamonds on it? My wedding band is $2,500 and thats bc it has 7 diamonds on it. What are you looking to have on your wedding band?

Yeah its similar to an eternity band (prong setting) but it doesnt go all the way around. It's the 1 carat that sends it over the top.

I think for a full 1ct that is a good price but I don't know all that much about rings!

That is a decent price for a carat. What is the clarity and color? Check that before purchasing.

Thats a fair price for 1 ct. But I will browse around abit more..

I don't suggest purchasing your band form Macy's. Their diamonds are not the best quality. Besides what ever you find in Macy's you can ALWAYS find it some where else cheaper.

i wouldnt recommend Macy's either. Look in my album, my bands are a lil' less than $1k.. i'm not too sure what you're looking for. if you're interested in my jeweler FM me ;) good luck

i am getting my band from the jeweler who made my engagement ring. i'm guessing it will cost around $700. it will match my ering setting, it's an eternity band- very small diamonds though, i have small hands!

Check out Tri- County on Hempstead Tpke. You will get great deals and great quality. I would say $200 -600.
$800 and up.
It all depends diamonds or no diamonds.
