We bought our's at Kay Jewelers. They obviously were not the cheapest place we could have gone, but since we trusted them and JT had gotten my e-ring there, we felt comfortable. Plus, JT made friends with the guy who sold him my ring and he gave us these gift certificates that got us our rings for half price. So in the end, I guess it was cheaper to go there!
Oh, duh, to answer your question, JT's was 500 before we used the g.c.'s and mine was about 1900 before the g.c.'s. We only paid 1200 in all though.

We got our rings in the diamond district in Manhattan. It was the same place where my fh bought my e rind and also a diamond ring for christmas of 2001 we paid 625 for his and 750 for mine Mine is 7 pricess cut diamond in a prong setting.

My jeweler is amazing. Several ladies on here went/go to him, me, Shamma, nrvbrd, abc7077 and more..
He is in the city but so worth the trip.

Oh, just so you know what I paid for, mine is a 5 stone, prong set band a little over a carat and JT's is a titanium and 18kt gold band.

We got our rings at Ecolin in Port Jeff. We really wanted the Tiffany etoile rings but did not want to pay Tiffany prices! I printed the picture of the rings off the website and they made the exact rings for us. They were wonderful.
They are platinum bands with diamonds all around. Not a lot though; mine .27 and his .25. The total cost was suppose to be $1,700 but when we picked them up they gave us a discount and it only came to $1,058 for both. A very nice discount![]()

WE got ours at Littman Jewelers in SmithHaven Mall...FI was up there on a whim and found the Titanium ring he wanted....they gave us his for $149 plus tax and mine was $699 plus tax...minei s a yellow gold band to match e-ring with 5 small round diamonds in a row (to match my e-ring from my grandma) with white prongs

My band is from Tiffany's (a pave diamond eternity band in platinum) and his we got from a Titanium Craftsman in Canada....(aka - we ordered his online...lol)
Edited to add - his band only cost $200, b/c Titanium is very inexpensive and that's what he really wanted....

We got ours at Shenoa & Co. in the Diamond District. FH's was a lot more expensive than anticipated, but hey that's what he wanted. They worked with us tho cuz he got e-ring from there & they gave us a nice discount because of that.
