I dont remember who I worked with, but I was not a fan of their customer service - they were very pushy with me and I was not ready to buy.

i had the WORST experience there with some chick who did not have a very common name, although it is escaping my mind now.
i used to know a woman named noreen who worked there and was a complete doll.... ask for her, she may still be there.
