I just ordered last night from myglassslipper.com. They have many different brands in all price ranges. I did try them on first at RK Bridal though, before I ordered just to be sure. I went will Grace footwear- they seemed comfy in the 5 minutes I traipsed around the store wearing them.

I recently ordered Fenaroli silk satin pumps from www.myglassslipper.com and got them in two days. I did try-on the brand of shoe locally first so that I knew what size to order. Another brand that were reasonable and good quality is by Nina - they have a Comfort style that are dyables and have leather soles inside and out. Capparros also makes some beautiful special occassion shoes and seem to be well constructed for the price.

You should look for leather soles inside and out so that the shoe can stretch with you which supposedly means more comfort.
