We love the beatles and always dance to music and when this song comes on we sing to eachother lol

we are walking down the aisle to the instrumental of dont stop believin cause it means somehting to us and our first dance will be Amazed by Lonestar because its the first song that we ever danced too

Our wedding song (first dance) will be Billy Joel's 'You're My Home'. Very special song to us.

Our first song will be 'How Deep Is The Ocean' sung by Etta James. We are HUGE Etta Fans but didnt want to use the typical AT LAST that everyone always picks for weddings. Our song was originally written in 1932 by Irving Berlin and sung by Billie Holiday. if you go to itunes..you can hear how it sounded back then...its been done a million times in so many different genres..but Ettas blues version cant be beat for us. Its just a classic that will remain timeless. Plus...we were against the idea of having our first dance be one that is played on the radio all the time....we wanted an oldie but goodie. FH is so cute too..he decided to make a cd with all the many different versions of the song from Frank Sinatra singing it to Miles davis...GOD I LOVE THIS SONG!

We want 'in my life' but not the beatles version, we want the Dave Matthews version.. Its more modern and I looooooove Dave!!... and we both love this song. Only problem is we can only find it on youtube and you hear the audience in the background so I dunno.

The first song we ever danced to together was 'At Last' by Etta James so maybe that. I dunno!

we are using 'When you say nothing at all' by Ronan Keating from the movie Notting Hill. FH said he tought that this should be our song for the first dance. I listened and like it and it evoked emotions from both of us. Viola our song!!!!!

We chose it because one day I was driving and I heard the song on the radio and I fell in love. I came home and played it for FH (who was then only my BF) and he said that he loved it too. I said that if we ever get married, that would be 'our song.' When we got engaged, he printed the lyrics to the song and put it in a picture frame that was engraved: 'You have my heart, can I have your hand?'

I have no idea! I am having such a hard time choosing a song! I REALLY like 'I could not ask for more' by Edwin McCain but I am not sure yet!

Amazed is a awesome song.... I love it.. But I can't have it because it was a song between me and a ex...lol
