Can some of you ladies list some superstions. If you know any. Or explain some of them. I've heard of 1. Not seeing each other for 24 hours b4 the ceremony 2. Not walking in your rehersal(Bride). Have a stand in. What are the other ones?

I haven't heard of either of those!
It would be impossible for me not to see FH for 24 hours, our rehearsal is the night before the wedding. 12 hours, maybe!

well...i just screwed the first one up...I'm having my rehearsal the night before b/c my brother is flying in from Air Force training on Friday afternoon.....originally we wanted to have it on Thursday, so we'd have the next day to relax and prepare any last minute things...Oh well......but I do believe about the one that says we're not allowed to see each other till I walk down the aisle...that one I'm covered for....I don't know of any other ones

I'm kicking my FH out of the house for the night. We'll stay together for as much time as we can after the rehearsal dinner, but I believe in not seeing the Bride before the wedding

I have not heard about the 24 hour not seeing FH.....but I have heard the night before your wedding you and FH should part ways before midnight.
If it rains on your wedding day its good luck

Oh I hope this is true because it is supposed to rain ALL day on Friday (my wedding day)

I don't believe either one. The one about seeing the Bride before the ceremony was done for arranged marriages hundreds of years ago because the two never met before. I never heard of the one about the rehersal.
