DH asked me this last night and I'm not sure... yet... you see, most of my side of the family weren't able to attend our wedding because they were overseas (i blame the US consul for denying visas!) and DH's grandparents couldn't come because of distance (18+ hour flight would kill any grannies!)... so DH suggested we have another wedding on our 1st year anniversary so everyone could attend... plus it would mean a lot to his grandparents to see their 1st and eldest grandchild get married...
it won't be as grand as what we had here and it'll be relatively 'cheaper' in a sense because currency exchange rate made it sure that the US Dollar has more value ($5k=really nice wedding!)
would you do it???????

depending where overseas but yes it would be cheaper than here and you can have an absolutely gorgeous wedding! (We might do the same so all my overseas relatives can also be part of our wedding).

I say sure! I would just do something totally different than what you did the first time just for fun and so you don't feel like it's a 'repeat'

We are doing it! My BIL is deployed and DH California family couldn't make it. Plus we want to get married in a catholic church and renew our vows(BIL will give me away!!) so we will have a very small reception after for immediate family and extended to the oot that couldn't make it, so I support you 100%!!!

Definitiely!!!!! My brother had two weddings, one here and one in Croatia...it worked out for them since they both had a lot of family over there, but my FH is Italian so that is a no-go for us
