Wedding Times

What time is your Ceremony?

What time does your reception start and end?

Just Curious... My wedding is gonna be a late one lol! Hope my guests are ready to party like rockstars hahaha

3pm Ceremony
7:30pm Cocktail Hour
8:30pm Reception
12:30am End of reception

Then the bar at the hotel is open until 2:30am.

YAY!!! Ok... I feel better.. My wedding will end at 1am.. but its a Saturday so we can rock out!!!

Reception: 8:30-12:30pm

Friday Night

Ceremony- 4:00pm (Church)

Cocktail hour - 6:30pm
Reception - 7:30pm to 11:30pm

After party at hotel's bar next door from 11:30pm to 2:30am!

My ceremony is at 3 pm and my cocktail hour starts at 6 pm. Church and reception hall are very close together and people have been telling me that this is too much time inbetween...I don't know???

When you get married at a church it always happens that way because most churches wont do ceremonies past 3:30 so you end up with a time gap.. but that time is good for you cause you can do more pictures!

We are planning on doing photos in the vicinity...arboreteum and Dowling. All of our vendors have told us to keep the ceremony at 3, so I guess that's what we will do!
