there is a really long list on another thread that details what questions should be asked. I think someone will post the link here. It is literally like 5 pages in length and includes questions about

-seating arrangements and table sizes
-lighting in the rooms
-handicap facilities
-room sizes for cocktail hour/reception
-options offered by RH's re: cakes and house vendors
-prices for vendors on the day of
- # of bridal attendants and maitre-d's per table/guest
