Free site: Weddingwire.com - I feel that they offer the most for free and they have a large selection of templates.
Paid site: Wedmedo.com - I loved the concept of a flash wedding website and I loved their templates, but didn't really want to pay for the site. But check it out, maybe you'll like it.

Definitly mywedding.com. Setup was a breeze and they have a lot of great templates.

mywedding.com. They had tons of designs to choose from and it was the easiest to set up.
