FI and I were thinking it would be a good idea to do a wedding website for OOT guests and family. Can you please share your experiences with any such vendors. We were referred one web designer who will custon do a whole page but I think I am OK with just filling in a template too. I would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

There is a service, I believe it is eweddings.com
for like $99 bucks-- the web site will be up for a year.. They look nice-- nicer than the Knot or Wedding channel.. we just have one of those- and they are free-- works for me!!
I did ours myself. I use Yahoo to host the site and with it comes a million templates and a basic design program. Although I created ours from scratch, there are so many templates that are easy enough to work, that if you wanted to do it yourself I'd highly recommend Yahoo. I have been nothing but happy with them in the year or so I've been using them. Good luck!

we went with a free one from the wedding channel it is servign us fine - alot of my relatives are technically challenged so most wont even see it
