Has anyone ever heard or been to a place called Wedding World (on Austin Blvd in Commack)? I got a call from LI Weddings last week regarding a prize I had won and was wondering what the place was all about since I've never heard of it.

I think another bride confirmed it was a scam and was not LIW related.
Wedding World is like a one-stop wedding center where you can get everything in one place or in a vendore package.

YUPP it was me! It is a scam! They say they are from LIW and they are not I emailed client services to check it out... I wouldn't waste your time....

I was CONSIDERING going there to see what the place was like, but after someone posted that they received a call from the place where an employee identified themself as an LIW rep and that the girl had won a prize - and it was confirmed that this was all false - I decided that it wasn't worth my time to even check it out.
Too bad they resort to things like that. They must be desperate for business and because of their tactics, lost out on the $$$$ that my fiance and I, along with our families, are looking to spend on our upcoming wedding.
How shady.

they s u ck there anyway... if you say you don't like a dress or a part of a dress they take it personally... you're not allowed to go through the dresses, you have to tell them your style and she brings them to you. they have a HUGE selection of maids dresses, that's the plus.
