wedding world in Commack

Has anyone used or heard anything about this place or their photography?

I've been there. They have everything. I didn't check out their photographer, but we did book the dj that is based out of there. FM me if you have anymore questions :)

I went to a wedding a few weeks ago and the real floral bouquets were gorgeous. I believe they rented the centerpieces which were silk. The photographer did not take any pics during the ceremony. Missed some great shots. They just sat during the ceremony. So make sure you have your must have list.

I am using VIP photographers. They are located in Port Jeff. Their price was right, and I liked their style of photography

I actually used to work in the photography dept at Wedding World. I didn't take pictures or anything, but I put together albums and went through proofs, and the work was nice. I think the photgrapher I am going with is better, but that was also like 5 years ago, so they may be more creative with photojournalim and stuff now. Ask to see some proofs of recent brides instead of just their albums so you can get a real feel for their work.

My friend had a very bad experience there. The photographer wouldn't take pics w/ her dog, he kept dissappearing during the reception. The sound track for the video didn't match the 'action track'(?)- looked like a very bad kung-fu movie. I'd stay away. Nothing she ordered/used from them turned out the way it was suposed to.

I had the chance to meet their staff at a wedding expo at the Marriott in Uniondale....they were over the top (in a bad way) theowner had his grandkids, and kids modeling the gowns, schmoozing people and everything...it reminded me of those Crazy Eddie commercials of long ago....he talked prices and cutting prices it was awful

Just so you know, this is a really old thread. I used Wedding World for my June wedding last year so let me know if you have any questions!!

They don't have a website, but this is their ad on the Vendors page. Wedding World

The people there are very personable and wonderful to work with. They offer customized packages and are really good for those of us who are on a tight budget. Again, feel free to ask me anything!!

Thats wedding CENTER not wedding WORLD

Wedding World is awesome i am doing almost my whole wedding with them. 3 people i know used them too and had no problems i love the owner jackie she is awesome as well as everyone else that works there. the people at Wedding CENTER were very mean and didnt seem like they wanted to be there!
