Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization. Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
If an item is received incorrectly we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.

they dont have a refund or return policy. However I bought a ton of stuff there. BM jewelry, cake topper, inital pins... etc LOVE IT ALL!!
Everthing was better than I expected and I got it in 1 day

very happy with them! i ordered a bunch of stuff...everything was great...except 1 pair of earrings. i wrote to them, and they shipped a new pair out the next day free of charge
they have been wonderful to deal with!

I've already ordered my bun wrap and tiara, cuz I can't decide up or down, or which i love more! No returns though. I'm going back for a bracelet and jewelry for my BOK. Love them! Shipping is great too..
