Why do weddings bring out the best ( I mean the worst) in your friends and family. I dont know if its just me being stressed and but I swear if I dont kick someones a$$ before I get married it will be a miracle. Isnt it about the bride??? Everyones got a comment. My hairdresser(s) both cant do my hair and I was given the girl that does my FMIL and she says to me I hope you arent going to bump my appt for you. Huh?? FBIL-best man Not going in the Limo cause he doesnt like the Bridal party.. Seriously I am going to need medication...
I see that I am not the only one on here thats got these issues I just had to vent.. Ok Vent over thanks

I think that when some people hear that a person is getting married all common sense, tack, and decorum fly right out the window. For some reason a wedding causes certain people to act like low class trash and do things that they would not normally do or ask.
Just because you are getting a free meal out of it - doesn't give you the right to comment, complain, or bring whomever you want with you!

Why don't people understand that it is NOT ABOUT THEM!!!!! We don't care what your opinion is, or whether you like this or that... it is not for YOU! Anytime I have ever gone to or been in a wedding, I have sat quietly and gone along with WHATEVER the bride and groom wanted... and enjoyed it! I will never understand why people can't just understand that it is supposed to be about the bride & groom and no one else!!

Awww....I totally understand what you are going through!! It's becoming nightmarish isn't it? I say - If you MUST be a Bridezilla - then a girls gotta do what a girl's gotta do! Also, with your hair - tell your FMIL that you wont be changing her appointment - then call the salon, have Them change it and tell them to call her and tell her! The best advice that I can give right now is only what I've been doing - Yes EVERYONE to death - and do Everything Your Way anyway! This way, they wont know until the wedding and then they can't say a word....Cuz it will be Your Day! Awww...Good Luck Girlie!

I know how you feel. And My inlaws like to give there opinion on everything and try and tell he mow things should be for the wedding...and there not even paying a penny towards it. They didn't even offer anything yet they want a say!

I can relate! I say anything you can do to deal with the stress, go for it!
I would like to get all the people who make snide remarks together and individually take them down a notch..........
