The thing that bothers me is she or he stated 'we didn't have an affair' NO you did, you might not have slept with one another but you FELL IN LOVE with someone other then you spouse....it was more of an emotional affair and honestly I think thats worse. It's awful enough when your significant other cheats but when they come home and say 'i fell in love with someone else' i think that hurts more.
