Weekend Brides...

How many days are you planning to take off work before the wedding day?

ETA: Friday wedding, Saturday-Saturday honeymoon and I still want the following Monday off..I'll probably do the Wed & Thurs before.

Next tuesday is my last day and then my wedding is that saturday woo hoo!

unfortunitly none for me. I am working for three hours the day before, have a meeting I can not reschedule. I also dont wanna use all my time in Jan and be left with no vac days

Wedding is Friday... RD is Wed.... so im taking wed, thurs and obvioulsy friday...

I'm aiming for the whole week, (I'm getting married on a Friday.) but if I can't swing it then at least Wed, Thurs, Fri.

Wedding is Sunday - taking off the Friday before to relax and figure out all the last minute stuff. RD is Saturday.

Mine is on a Sunday. Probably will take the Friday before off, moreso because my family will be in town.
Definitely taking the Monday after off.
Still unsure as to when we'll be heading off for the honeymoon...might be a week after the wedding.

I'm getting married on a Sunday morning ... i don't think we'll be taking any days off the week before, but we will both be taking the monday after the wedding.

we don't have that many vacation days left since our honeymoon is about two weeks, and we're going on a family trip with FH's family for a week in december .... i wish i had more vacation days

I took off the week of the wedding. I had the time and it was worth it and awesome. My DH took off the same exact time as me and we had the best 3 weeks together ever. The week before the wedding was special to us, we had our little outing to Six Flags, our RD, it was great.

Well I am getting married the Sunday after Memorial Day, so I am taking off either Tuesday or Wednesday before my wedding until Monday or Tuesday after my wedding.

i do NOT reccommend what im doing but i have no choice or i wouldnt have time for the hm

getting married on sunday, will only have off on saturday. ill try to leave early on friday

i am getting married on Saturday morning. Initially I was only going to take Friday off, but then my co-workers yelled at me, told me i was crazy, so I am taking Thursday off too

my rehearsal dinner is thursday and my wedding is sunday. I am most likely going to take half a day thursday be off till tuesday (after the wedding) work 2 days then HM thursday!! if that makes any sense what so ever LOL
