I was wondering if you girls could give me recommendations of some hotels on the east end (Montauk, Hamptons, etc.) that are nice for a weekend getaway. FH and I are really about to lose our minds and we need a place to escape and unwind!

Gurney's Inn in Montauk is really nice. I was there recently for a conference. The spa is great.

Be careful with Montauk... a lot of hotels have minimum stays during the summer. We were going to go, but all the places I called were either booked or had a 3-night minimum. I stayed at Montauk Manor in mid-July 2 years ago and they didn't have a minimum. Nice place but they are on the $$$ side.

I dont know what kind of money you were looking to spend....but if you can the jedidiah hawkins house in Jamesport is absolutly amazing!!!!!! it is a restuarant, hotel, catering hall.
There are also alot of bed and breakfast on the north fork I would look into.....plus wine tasting. That always makes a good escape!!!!!!!!!!
