weekend wedding plans

Going for a makeup trial tomorrow and Sunday my mom is coming over to help me with my DIY invites. Hope to post some pics next week.

Anyone else taking care of wedding business this weekend?

Good luck with your trial! We are picking up our wedding bands tomorrow morning (yay!) Then heading to Jersey to visit my sister and family, and going to a jewerly shop near her to see if I can find day-of earrings and her jewerly... oh, and pick up our trader joes wine for our favors

.....unless of course it's my shower this weekend (but I doubt it...lol)

Yes, picking up our invites tomorrow and picking up/dropping off placecards to our calligrapher.

Shopping for Parent gifts, bridal undergarments, DIY materials
meeting Cheeky Glam DOC

Sun
Make day of timeline draft, program draft, checklists, music list, ceremony list, work on various DIY projects

Mon (took off)
2nd makeup trial with Oksana, wedding dress fitting!!!

my sister/MOH is in town so we have kicked it into high gear starting last night!

It's nice that the wedding is close enough now that my family is actually participating in wedding discussions now! lol for a while it was like pulling teeth to get them to talk about the wedding!!

Since I have been off all week, I have gotten some wedding things done each day.

Sat- We are meeting with a travel agent to book Hawaii and we are meeting with an invitation vendor. Hoping to get these invites picked out and ordered ASAP.

Sunday- Catching up on all of the grading and plans I have neglected this week for wedding things!

Our engagement party (very small...family only) is this weekend! So crazy we got engaged in December, set our date and wow ... seriously time is zipping by!!!

I am going to go to some craft stores to check out supplies for DIY projects. I also need to review my guest list and my registry. I am hoping to get the second digital proof of my invitation this weekend, too!!
