Hi ladies!

I'm joining the Weekly Weigh In!
I downloaded the Lose It! app on to my iphone and I'm all into it :)
My goal is to lose 35lbs by October 15, 2010 which is exactly 1 year before my wedding (and just about the time I am looking to try on dresses)
If I lost 1.5lbs per week, I'll achieve my goal, says the app!!

Ok, wish me luck :) See you next wed.

yes it is. we've actually been doing this thread for a little while now.

For all the new girls who would like to join in, this thread is just a way to stay on your toes and meet your weight loss/get in shape goals for the big day. You can choose to just state what you lost and you plans for the week ahead or if you had a gain, discuss why you think you did not do so well the past week. It's a great way to stay on track and we are all here to motivate each other!

Aww that's really cute that you included him!!!

Whats your over all goal??

I finally decided that my over goal would be 30 pounds... and I have 386 days to do it in! woohoo!!!

I think my goal will only be 10-15 lbs, I like having a little meat on my bones I'd rather weigh a little more and be toned than starve myself!

You can totally do 30 lbs in 386 days! We just have to keep each other motivated!! <--- jumping jacks

Re: *~Weekly Weigh In Wednesday~*

I just noticed this thread for the first time. My goal weight for my wedding would be 10 pounds away. I'd like to go to the gym more and do weights more often and cut down on eating at night. Just weighed myself, so I'll try to lose a pound or two by next week

It's hard, I've been saying 10 pounds is my goal for a while now, but I'm going to try again.

I'd love to get in on this too! My goal is to lose about 10-20 pounds by next year....we'll see how that goes. Unfortunately I'm up 1 this week (according to wii fit) but I just started the 30 day challenge on active so I'm hoping for the best!
