Weezy or any other Riviera Girls

Do any of you know roughly how many indoor cocktail room tables there are? I had meant to count them up the last time I was there and forgot and I am trying to figure out the cost of something.

Also, are any of you girls planning on doing something on the outdoor cocktail tables? It's kind of hard to think of something because of the umbrellas in the middle of all the tables. I was thinking of just scattered votives just to have something out there.

In this picture I counted 12 - but it could of just been the way it was set up. (I took this lol so my apologies for the crap quality)

As for the tables - i was thinking of just doing really simple glass bowls with some flowers or maybe some floating candles. I wasnt going to do anything too crazy.

yeah for the indoor ones I think I am going to do a simple wrapped votive in the middle and maybe some scattered flower petals (I don't want to do too much).

And are you doing those glass bowls outside or inside?

I'd like to do the bowls outside - hopefully no one breaks them lol I don't want anything on the tables outside that could blow away. But w/ the water right there and the water in the bowls i kinda like how that goes together.

Inside I would just do simple votives and the idea flower pedals crossed my mind too. I don't want anything too over the top but just some little things to add to the tables.

I'll talk to the florist to see if they have any other ideas (whoever my florist is) but that was what i had in mind so far.

I think if its an indoor CH, we are just going to use the rose CPs they suppy for the CPs, since we are doing other CPs for the main room. For outside, I was thinking of doing little galvanized buckets with some flowers in them, maybe some carnations or hydrangeas since they are inexpensive and will only be out there for an hour.

LOVE the bucket idea and i was totally thinking of using the included rose CP's for the CH too. If its offered, why not???

thats my feelings exactly. Plus $8 off another CP from their florist isn't really going to save much $$, so may as well just use them for CH!

and I just figured out a better way to execute it and it will save me time and $$. Instead of placing one at each place setting of the mother's there (which would also require me to physically seat people in certain seats at the tables and then do place cards), I am just going to have yellow roses placed in 2 vases with a framed sign in the middle with the poem and I have going to have the DJ make an announcement about the mother's taking one upon leaving.
