losing weight is hard. im trying to - i'm down 4lbs but have been killing myself at the gym. It will be all worth it.

Congrats to you all!!! I start my workout tommorrow (FH got me the Buff Brides book!). I'll see how that goes, and then I may join WW if my mom does, that way we can help eachother (it was a lot harder when I was the only one in the house doing it!!)
Since posting this, I have switched out my desk chair for my exercise ball. I figure with all the time I spend on the computer, there must be some benefit to being on the ball instead (if even just for posture alone!!)

Congrats - we have a great thread at slim down where we all post our workouts and give each other work out motivation - you should all post there too - it has been so helpful for all of us!!!

trust me its not easty. before the wedding, i lost 25 lbs. since i got back i would lose 2 lbs gain 1 the next week. i hope this is on to better things
