Re: Weight watchers
I am not doing it right now but I have in the past and I found that I got the best results when I exercised along with the dieting.

Re: Weight watchers
I'm on it. I go to the gym as well. In order to see good results, its best to exercise while doing weight loss

Re: Weight watchers
I have a hard time staying focused mentally on doing WW when I dont exercise. When I exercise, it motivates me to stay on program and to eat healthy.

Re: Weight watchers
Exercising really does help. I lost a ton of weight doing WW and working out a couple of years ago. Of course, I fell off the wagon (due to a number of situations) and gained much of the weight back. I'm going back to try and lose some weight before the wedding.

Re: Weight watchers
I am on WW and working out 2-3 times a week. I think it really does help to boost the weightloss. Maybe try some tapes at home if you don't want to join a gym.

Re: Weight watchers
My mom is a WW 'lifer' so I've lived with this diet my whole life. You should absolutely exercise. This is not even to just see faster results but to maintain the elasticity in your skin. If you lose a ton of weight without exercising, you get that awful flab that dances long after you've stopped moving .

Re: Weight watchers
My girlfriend lost 40 lbs on WW without stepping in the gym, but the gym always helps move things along faster..

Re: Weight watchers
i am back on for round 2, but the first time i did it i didn't exercise at all and loast almost 25 lbs in 5 months. i have heard from many people that exercising speeds up the weight loss. and just for the record. i have kept the weight off for a year - and now i want to lose another 15 lbs. i am determined to wear a bikini on my honeymoon!

No problem Z
I just thought I should say, try the program for a couple of weeks, see how you feel! If you're afraid of excercising or don't think you'll be motivated, a few weeks on ww will definitely motivate you to start! But just don't think you have to start a new 'diet' and excercise all at once! Can be a bit overwhelming. Let your body get used to the new lifestyle for a couple of weeks if you're not a regular excerciser!
Good luck! Anymore questions we're here for you dahling!

Re: Weight watchers
I am on again for a serious round 2. In 2004 from April-July I lost 40 pounds with the plan and exercise. Then I messed up my ankle and was unable to really walk like I had been doing. Unfortunately, I gained back a lot of it. Now I have way too much going on and I MUST MUST MUST lose this weight again plus more.
Wish me Luck! I wish all you WW girls, the best of luck!

Re: Weight watchers
I just started weight watchers this past weekend. Hopefully I will lose the amount of weight to put me at my goal. Shoudn't be too bad, they say my target wight is 15lbs less than what I am. I don't think it's too unreasonable. Anyway, back to the topic..I am planning on exercising as well, I'd like to tone up as well as lose the gut =)

Re: Weight watchers
Exercise helps me to lose. However, I can maintain my weight by eating right.
