Weight Watchers?

Hey Ladies,
Does anyone have the weight watchers flexplan info. ie. How many points you can have a day (37 I think) and a breakdown of # of points per food item. I used to be a member and had all the books. But when I moved a year ago, I must have thrown them all out Why, don't ask me??? Anyway, I want to start again, but can't really afford all the fees right now...so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it
TIA!!!

Re: Weight Watchers?

less than 150lbs 20 pts
150-174 22 pts
175-199 24 pts
200-224 26pts
225-249 28 pts
250-274 30pts
275-299 31 pts
300-349 32 pts
325-349 33pts
350lbs or more 34pts

and you get 35 extra points allowance a week..hope this helps..if you have any more questions let me know

Re: Weight Watchers?

And to calculate points its:
+ - So for example:
300 calories
3 grams of fat
1 gram of fiber would be
<300 divided by 5=6> + <3 divided by 9= .33> - <1 gram times 20 divided by 50=.4>= 5.9 points or 6 points.

Its really so easy when you figure it out in your head because generally the amount of fiber generally equals out to less than 1.

Re: Weight Watchers?

Yes, the books are fairly new...I went back to WW in March for a week and had a bad week so I did not go back. I have all info on Flex and Core. Currently I am doing Core this week and it is going great..I am actually looking forward to weighing in this morning.
Wish me luck!! Skinny Vibes!!!
