Re: Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers is great and easy to do especially if you do the flex plan and with a baby and family to cook for that would be easiest for you. On the flex plan you count points and not calories. When you go sign up and go to meetings they will give you a book and you can also buy an even better book which will give you the points value of just about everything. You can eat just about everything too within portion size and then just add up your points which the WW counselor will give you. It really is easy and satisfying....GOOD LUCK!

Re: Weight Watchers
I do WW online and it's so simple and you can def do it with the family. WW is more about portion control. I still eat and make everything I used to, but modified it so I now use 1% milk instead of whole milk, fat free cheese instead of regular cheese, WW icecream instead of regular icecream, etc. Tonight I'm making tacos for dinner. FH can eat as many as he wants and I'll only have 2 to keep within my points range. I just go online and look up the points of anything I want to eat before I eat it so I know if I have the points for it and how much to eat so I keep it within my points. FM me if you have any other questions about it. Oh, they also have tons of recipes online too, which is really nice.

You'll do fine and once you really get into it it becomes a way of life because you really can eat anything but just regulate your portions and count your points. Remember to write down everything you eat so that you will keep accurate track of everything. Again, GOOD LUCK.
