Weight Watchers

I went to my first meeting tonight! I was inspired by all the girls on here who are on it and share their success stories. I'm really excited so any recipes or tips would be greatly appreciated!

YAY!!!!

DWLZ.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was started by a member who lost A TON of weight on WW and has yo yo'd like most of us. its run by her and her husband and they have pointed out soooooooo much!!!

Dont eat the same things over and over it will hinder your weight loss..your body needs to be shocked!!

I suggest putting some money into one of their cookbooks..whichever fits your lifestyle, so you can learn how to make variations of your fav foods... i have 2 in my house and make receipes from each.

use their website...sooooooooo much info on there!!

WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!!!!!!!! I ALWAYS become overconfident and think i know everything, but if youre not writing youre sneaking things in here and there then the weight begins to climb and youve lost control!

FM me for support!! Im on it too and need to lose 50 lbs to get into a healthy weight range.

That website is great I made it my favorite. WEnt to the grocery store with my point finder and tried to buy a lot of healthy stuff to start off with. I know Weight Watchers is proven success and I needed something to guide me basically tell me what to eat and what not to but with a bit of flexibility as well for well life....
I will def buy a cookbook, thanks for the tips!!! Good luck with your goal.
PS i love your avatar - whenver I see it I always think, 'Peanut Butter Jelly time' for some reason...

heheh thanks!!! I Used to have that up and now i have MR T bc i looooooooooooooooooove mr t. FH and I loooove him and looooooove the A team!!

Another good thing to do is if you have a portion control problem ( i raise my hand) when get items that come in bulk bag them into self servings...so u can grab and thats that!

WHen you get time take a marker and point EVERYTHING in your house!! Makes it easy to just take it from the cupboard and ull know the value.

always pack snacks!! keep them at work and bring them with u so you arent tempted!!! make sure to vairey the snacks..

water water water!!! I put a lil lemon or lime juice in mine so i dont get bored! Drinking with a straw helps too!!
