Weight Watchers

Hi to all on weight watchers. Just thought I'd check to see how everyones weekend went. Mine was ok. I ate terrible yesterday, but think I made it up throught exercise (5 mile run and yard work for 4 hours, yes, I was exausted and had to eat out for dinner, way to tired to cook!) Today I've done well so far 16 points total and I'll probable have a small snack while I watch the Sopranos! Hope everyone else had a good weekend!

I did not do well this weekend, went to a wedding and ate a lot, then kept up the bad pattern for the rest of the weekend. But I just went food shopping to get prepared for the week, and I am going to the gym tomorrow.

I did terribly. Last week, at weigh in, I expected to be the same, but I was down 2.6 lbs, and this week I awas up 3lbs. I'm so annoyed..but realistically, this was my week - Saturday night : brothers citzennship party, Sunday hangover, and brunch with BM and MOH, followed by Chinese takeout. Monday & Tuesday were fine, OP and going to the gym, Wednesday, I was at a cocktail party fot work, Thursday, I went to my friends' house (excellent rigatoni a la vodka, and wine), Friday : Cocktail party for my University Alumni, and dinner at a spanish restaurant with FH.
In hindsight, I could have cut back on a lot, but I have NO WILLPOWER.
Here's to next week
