I went for my first weigh in today as back 'officially' LOST 2.2 LBS... doing the happy dance so unbelievably excited..

Doesnt it feel great? I have been doing it on my own for over 9 yrs, on and off of course. I just hit my goal weight but, still would like to lose another 5 if possible. How much is it a month?

i have alot that needs to be taken off - i want to start early so i know for alot of other things the weight will be off
