Weight Watchers

I know a bunch of girls on here go to WW and that Laura is a leader. Well I just joined WW, I have my first meeting at 5:30pm tonight.

I was on WW a little over 6 yrs ago and lost the 20lbs I wanted to lose, but then about year after I lost that weight I quit smoking. So the lbs came back and about 10 more (the silver lining... I haven't touched a cigarette, going on 5 yrs.). But since then my metabolism has changed DRASTICALLY! I work out like crazy and eat right (most of the time), but still nothing. So I decided to go back to WW, I think getting weighed in every week and counting points will give me the structure I need.

I know there is a WW support thread on here, so you may see me on there once in a while. So who else is a WW member??

SummerBride10..you look amazing!! I've been on and off for the past year..not it is time to get back on track since my wedding is in July!

Do you guys go to the meetings? I find they help but it's so hard to find the time!!
