Re: Weight Watchers??

this is my 3rd shot at WW
The first time wasnt really into it and lost nothing

The 2nd time I lost 42 lbs but then went off and gained back 25

This is my 3rd and final shot and plan on doing to and staying with it this time. I am doing it through work and its $144 for a 13 week program.
I started in January and have lost 11.6 lbs so far. I really like WW- its not a diet but a change of the way you eat.

Its not expensive at all, you can pay weekly which is $13 a week or you can do a monthly pass which is $39.95 that comes out of your credit card every month. With the monthly pass you get the e-tools which are great because you can track online, look up points, get recipes, and go to chat rooms.

I lost about 50 pds in 6 months on WW and now I'm a lifetime member and maintain my weight. I also work for them PT as a recptionist.

Its not expensive at all. Its $40 a month..but it works!! I've been on it for two years now and I lost a total of 62 lbs now.
Its not hard b/c you can eat what you want and still lose weight.

I attempted it officially twice.. It's not very expensive and they usually have 'deals' for signing up. There are a few price options, one that includes meetings, one that has meetings and internet tools (diet log, meal idea, recipes, chat rooms, lots of help, etc), and one that doesn't include meetings but gives you access two everything you need using their internet tools.

Once you are on it, however, you have to keep with it. Eating habbits (at least mine) turned around very quickly once I stopped.

I used only the internet tools and was successful the 1st time. I came under financial hardships and even though it's inexpensive i still couldn't afford it. I gained the weight back even though I tried to stick to it using the reference materials I had.

The 2nd time I lost the weight, got really busy and just stopped writing down/planning my meals.. needless to say i canceled it as I wasn't using it and again gained all the weight back even though I thought I was 'eating healthy' but It's hard for me to stick to writing everything down every time I ate and every-week planning meals...
I also lose my will power to stay away from the 'junk food' and once i have a small taste.. i'm done!

Right now i'm again using all their reference materials i accumulated and trying over with out the tools... if I comes down to it.. I'll sign up again!

I do highly recommend it well at least trying it!!!. It is easy, they give you everything you need, and there is tons of help for any question you may have.
