Re: weight watchers buddies

I never went to WW meetings. My mom did and had the books so i would follow along. I know how to calculate points and such, so i keep and idea of how many points i am eating. ... but i know i have to get more into it and actually keep track of points... i think its good to come on here and motivate one another

They give you tips and helpful meal ideas. Like to calculate the point value of everything in your pantry and fridge and write it on a post it and tape it to that item, so you dont have to calculate points all day -- its already there. And if you buy like a big bag of pretzels, I bag them into little zip bags of ten pretzels for 2 pts each. So when I pack my lunch for work, I just grab a baggie. They also have some de-lish meal ideas that are very low in pts. I like the meetings so far. I can see where they may get old tho. Like I said, I am only on my third week!

Re: weight watchers buddies

I just went to my 3rd WW meeting yesterday. I love the meetings, I just wish these people would come home with me! I need a WW tutor to follow me around and tell me what I am doing wrong and what I can do different! I am learning but it's not coming to me so quickly

What kind of milk?
If you go with skim milk and sugar subsitute I know it's a lot less points. I am not a coffee drinker though, sorry!

For 8oz of the organic milk it's 2 points, but if you only used a drop then it's not much. It's the sugar that gets you. 1tsp of sugar is 1 point.
