Weight Watchers - Core
Does anyone have the list of foods that you can eat on the core diet? I thought I saw it on here at one point and can't find my booklet.

The core diet is as follows:Vegetables
Fruits
Soups (non-creamy)
Whole wheat pats, brown rice, potatoes and grain
High-fiber and other ceareals (without added sugar)
Lean Meats, poultry, fish and eggs
Fat-free milk products
Healthy oils (cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and flaxseed oils are the best)
Coffee, tea and sugar-free beverages.
I am on the core and I have to tell you it works best when you cut out sodas & other sparkling drinks. It also works best if you drink 64 oz of water per day.

Just started doing Core this week. I had a hard time going out to dinner. I'm not sure if it's just b/c I'm still getting used to the foods I can eat, or if choices are limited in most restaraunts. Any suggestions or ideas of good restaraunts to go to?
