Anyone doing it or thinking about doing it? I've been eating their Smartones frozen dinners and they're not bad. I only want to lose 5-10 pounds. My friend did it and lost like 30 pounds and she looks fantastic!

Re: Weight Watchers Diet
...I really don't remember but i know that if the item you want to eat is not listed in the book and you have the nutrional info then you can get the point value off the slider i think it may have something to do with fiber..when i get it i will let you know.

Re: Weight Watchers Diet
I HIGHLY recommend it. I lost 15 pounds while going to WW meetings, and have lost another 20 since because I learned so much about eating healthy. I'm basically back where I was when I was in high school and have been about the same weight for 2 years.

Re: Weight Watchers Diet
I am on Weight Watchers and have lost 20 pounds since February, but I also go to the gym like 4 days a week. Weight Watchers is easy - if you go to a meeting they will explain everything your first time. FM me if you want more info.

sometimes when this happens i will try new foods (maybe with more fiber) , eating at different times, changing my exercise routine, supplementing with extra coffee/tea to keep me full or eating sugar free jello or other 'free' items

one thing i try to do is defer my breakfast until after i get to work. i will have a large cup of chamomile tea every morning on my way in. that curbs my apetite until a little later. at about 10 i have a yogurt smoothie and a piece of fruit for breakfast. i find the smoothie coats my stomach and keeps me full until lunch. i also find that apples have a good lasting effect for lunch right now i am on a cereal kick. i have been bringing cheerios (2pts) and light soy milk (1pt). the soy is also very good for women. then i always have my jello and another fruit. u can also try progresso soups. they have i think over 20 kinds that are 100 calorioes per serving (1cup). i also add a little water to soup to make some more out of it...they are usually salty anyway. u could also do the weight watchers bread (1pt) and have healthy choice cold cuts (1pt). i also save at least 10 points (out of 20) for my dinner and evening snack. i feel that when im at work im busy and dont think of food too much. but when i get home im hungry. so i save so i can have a decent dinner and then i always have to have my light ice cream as my nightly snack.

Re: Weight Watchers Diet
I absolutely love Weight Watchers. I have been on it for almost 2 years and I have lost a total of 30 pounds. I am down to my last 5 so I am having a little bit of difficulty. But I would recommend it to anyone. I am a very picky eater, so any diet that lets me eat the foods I like is good for me.
I lost 23 pounds in 4 months. Since then it's been a little difficult but then again, I am not really measuring or counting points. I have started getting back to the basics where I am measuring and writing everything down. It definitely works if you stick with it.

Re: Weight Watchers Diet
I love WW! You can eat whatever you want - diets that restricted me to certain foods never worked for me - as long as you account for it. It is a great program. I have been on it for years - I'm a lifetime member
