I'm trying to get FH to join with me, are there men at the meetings too? Will FH feel extremely uncomfortable?

I've never seen men at meetings, but that doesn't mean they don't go.
If he's that uncomfortable, he doesn't have to stay for the meeting, he can just weigh in and then peace out. I saw a lot of men do that.

thanks! Is it possible for me to join and he can just use the books and do the diet on his own without attending meetings?

I did see that on the website, I'm just concerned that if he doesn't physically go to meetings he'll never follow the diet. He needs a giant push

You can follow the diet at home, but I've found with me that its the weigh in part that makes me stick to it. I'm embarassed NOT to lose, and so I do it. Maybe if you have a weigh in time w/him at home?

Definitely! Especially if you're cooking for him... that's how my uncle lost 60 lbs and he didn't even keep track... he just ate what my aunt made for him.

Hmmm really? Think that FH and I could do double the amount of learning in one hour, plus lose 50 lbs?

Re: Weight Watchers girls
I'm a new WW online member and I love it. I have no problem sticking to the diet and it is really easy to plug all my foods in their chart and they keep track of my points.
