Weight Watchers--HELP

so I went to a WW meeting yesterday and i'm starting this morning!! I would like to loose quite a bit before the big day!

Could anyone recommend their favorite lunches/dinners???
I'm clueless when it comes to planning this stuff!

I'm trying to stay away from the Smart Ones b/c of all the sodium!!!
Thanks!

i would def suggest in the beginning going to all the meetings bc i was clueless too and they help so much!! after a while you know what has what points and its not a much of a job to find out the points. Grilled Chicken breast is always a great dinner or lunch!! and veggies steamed thats zero points right there for the veggies!! Also with the meats they tell you to have like a fist size portion if you cant measure it out...like of steak or pork. and fish is always good as well...salmon and tilapia.. if your going out to a resturant which i find myself doing alot on the weekends order the meats or iteams you get dry. because most places put butter and other dressing on it that is unwanted fat so i always ask for it dry and on the side!! i just came back from vacation and was bad and did not do that the whole time so when i weigh in today im sure ill be sad lol sorry for all the rabbling!! message me if you want too!! and good luck with it!!

I plan on goign to the meetings every
Friday.
I have 28 points to eat a day and that seams like an awful lot to me??

Good luck! I know a lot of people who lost a lot of weight on weight watchers. You just have to stick to it. 28 points is a good number. Thats only about 1400 calories!
