Homemade W.W. turkey chili over a salad. I make it all the time and it's about 4 points. Gets me through the day so I can still snack at night!

Re: Weight Watchers Ladies?
I buy healthy choice ham.. 7 slices are only 60 calories and i buy light bread 2 slices 80 calories. I put it in the micro to get the juices out so there is not need for mayo... the whole sandwhich is only 3 points!
