Weight Watchers- Please help

If anyone on here is on Weight Watchers, please help me. I am going out for lunch today - I can have my pick of fast food restaurants ( I forgot my lunch ) Anyone have any suggestions for low points at either Subway, McD, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc.? I want to be prepared for when I go to not go overboard. THanks!!!

Taco Bell's Taco Salad (W/O eating the shell) is not too bad. I think it's 5 or 6 pts.

And VERY filling.

You could always go with a 6 inch sub from subway. But make it light..no mayo or fatty dressings. If you like turkey I suggest that lettuce tomato and a whole wheat roll.

If you have a points calculator you can get all the nutritional info from the subway napkins and figure it out.

Subway 6inch Roast Beef with let, tom, sweet peppers, s/p on whole wheat is delicious. They even toast it too now.

Also, I'm hooked on Quiznos low carb smoked turkey wrap. I get the low carb wrap, with smoked turkey (no cheese), lett, tom, and a tiny bit of F.F. dressing with a bag of Baked Lays and a diet Mt. Dew, YUMMY !!! I don't know the points value, but i'm sure it's low.

8 points is sort of a lot for lunch, but if you can swing it, you can get a grilled chicken california cobb salad with cobb dressing at mcdonalds. The salads are big, so if you do a half portion, that is only 4pts.

Yummy!!! I will definately check out that site! Thanks so much for all of the suggestions! Want to hear a good little snack someone told me about?

Take sliced cucumbers, salt them and add lemon juice... delicious and 0 points!! Very filling too! Wow, I didn't know many of you were on WW... let's keep each other motivated! I just started on Sunday - my first weigh in is on Saturday. I've been a very good girl (so far!)

Are the points values the numbers in bold black? After they list the calories, fat, etc.?
