hey girls! quick question...i just joined weight watchers online...i remember from 100 years ago when my father had joined he got this booklet thing with a list of foods and their point values... am i going to get that too? where can i find that?

You can go to any location and buy the books you need. But you could also find the points online if you didn't want to buy the book

Since you have an online membership you can get all your points online....they have a calculator for points and you can also type in the type of food to get a list of points etc.
